Reservation Policy

Reservations are secure upon receipt of deposit.

In order to secure your reservation at La Perla Negra we require a 50% deposit based on your total reservation period.

Peak season, Christmas and Easter Holidays require 100% of the reservation amount to be paid one month in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your stay at La Perla Negra then you will receive a refund as per the following schedule.

1-7 days 50% Peak season: 0%
8-14 days 100% Peak season: 50%
More than 2 weeks 100% Peak season: 100%
