Nestled behind the garden, at Perla Negra Resort, are six spacious townhouses that offer you all the comforts of home right in the middle of the jungle, with the Caribbean Ocean only 50 meters away. Our condominiums offer you a luxurious base camp for all your jungle adventures, whether you are zipping through the canapy by day or enjoying the nightlife, with the locals, in Puerto Viejo.

The condo is two story Costa Rican style architecture and was designed to house up to 6 people. The layout is perfect for two couples or a family with children. The first level is where you will live and enjoy quiet enjoyment with your family and friends after a day visiting the nearby BriBri Indian village and Waterfall, or experiencing the excitement of zipping through the jungle canopy.

The main level includes a cocina, two burner propane stove, and small refrigerator. A half bath is just off the kitchen area convenient for guests. The cedar lined high ceilings and tiled floors provide a clean and spacious area to gather after a hard day floating in our pool or basking in the sun on our black beach, Playa Negra. A sleeping area with a full bath and shower complete the downstairs layout….but wait….there is more.

The sturdy wooden staircase leads up to a closed master bedroom suite with a fully tiled private bath and shower. This window lined, sunny room is furnished with a king sized bed where you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean’s roar in the background, and wake up with the calls of thousands of exotic birds.
